Becoming a member of the CDCA is easy. Simply download, complete/fill out (form is interactive and can be completed on your computer), print the attached form, and mail it along with a check for the appropriate amount to:

Company Fees
$5000 - Platinum Membership (one vote per company)

Individual Fees
$250 - Affiliate Membership (no voting privileges)

Terms
Membership is for the period of one year.
Voting eligibility is based on annual membership fees paid, where each Company membership is eligible for one vote during elections.
Only member companies paying initial and annual requisite fees shall be voting members and eligible to vote and serve on the Board of Directors.
