KEVIN M. FAHEY Director, System of Systems Engineering and Integration Assistant Secretary of Army (Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology) Mr. Fahey was selected for the Senior Executive Service in February 2000. Effective 1 June 2014, Mr. Fahey was appointed Director System of Systems Engineering and Integration in the office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics and Technology). Mr. Fahey is a direct report to the Army Acquisition Executive and will continue to implement the Agile process while serving as the Army’s focal point for System of Systems Engineering and Integration across the Army’s materiel development community. In this position he is responsible for providing coordinated system of systems analysis, engineering, architectural and integration products to facilitate how the Army efficiently shapes, manages, validates and synchronizes the fielding of integrated materiel capabilities.
