Mr. Donovan Lusk
Mr. Donovan Lusk currently serves as the Command and Operations Center Division Head where he works to provide first class Operating environments that enable Warfighters to make timely, well-informed decisions by developing, implementing, and streamlining capabilities. Previously Mr. Lusk served as the Chief Engineer for the Command and Operations Center Division and as the Joint Command and Operations Center IPT Lead. Mr. Lusk has been working in the Command Centers, and MILCON-C5I Integration, arena for over 15 years and has supported Command Center Projects at USAFRICOM, USEUCOM, USCENTCOM, NORTHCOM-NORAD, numerous Fleet MOC’s, and many other Commands. Mr. Lusk has also served as the Deputy for Cyberspace Operations at USAFRICOM, Knowledge Management Officer, and as a C2 technical expert at the Department of Homeland Security’s National Coordination Center.
Mr. Lusk received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from the College of Charleston. He has earned numerous technical certifications to include CISSP, DAWIA Level 3 Engineering, and several ITIL certifications. Mr. Lusk has received several awards and recognitions throughout his career to include the Department of Army’s Commander’s Award for Civilian Service and the Joint Civilian Service Achievement Medal. Mr. Lusk served in the United States Army as a Combat Engineer from 1992-1995.
