GRSi is co-owned by Deborah Grove and David Affeldt, Deborah maintains 51% ownership, garnering GRSi status as a woman owned small business in NAICS codes with size standards at the $35.5 million level; such as 541330 (with military or energy act exception), and several others, as well as on certain government wide acquisition contracts (i.e., CIO-SP3, Seaport-e). Our simple corporate structure and "flat" management philosophy allows for agile responses to our clients' needs, while maintaining the highest levels of quality and proven process.
