Maura Keenan

Ms. Keenan is the Strategic Programs Development Manager at Liberty Business Associates, LLC a WOSB, Headquartered in Ladson, SC.  She was initially elected to the CDCA Board of Directors in 2018 and re-elected for her 2nd and final term in 2021.  Ms. Keenan currently serves as the Chair for the Public Relations Committee.  Prior to her election to the CDCA Board of Directors, Ms. Keenan completed a two-year term serving as the Immediate Past President of the Women in Defense, Palmetto Chapter (WID-PC) after serving two consecutive terms as both Vice President and President. Under her leadership, WID-PC instituted the annual Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Scholarship Program that awards two $2,500 scholarships annually to female students pursuing an undergraduate degree within a STEM discipline.

Ms. Keenan returned to the Department of Defense (DoD) Industry following an 11 year hiatus to raise her 3 children. She was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Public Policy from St. Mary's College of Maryland. Ms. Keenan is also actively involved in the Low Country Chapter of Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association (AFCEA), the Navy League and the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA).
